All our shoes are designed to fit according to European standards. Also, the sizes 35 to 40 are slightly thinner to adapt to the female morphology. If your pair does not fit you, you have 15 days from reception to return your product to us.

If you wish to return a package for an exchange or refund, you can request it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before returning your package to us, make sure that the shoes and packaging are complete and in their original condition.
To return a package from France:
Send us a precise request for your return reason (exchange or refund) via our contact form and wait until you receive your return label by email. Returns are free for any item purchased without promotion. If the item was purchased on a special offer, a flat-rate fee of €10 is deducted from the refund of the order.
To return a package from abroad:
