Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured by hand in Portugal, in a region called Guimaraes, at the north of Porto.

What type of leather do you use?

We use a large variety of leather that we carefully select in some of the best Italian tanneries.

What advise would you give to maintain your shoes?

Maintenance guidelines to follow depend on what material we use. We invite you to have a look at the 'Care' thumbnail contained in each product page.

Should I waterproof my products?

We advise you to waterproof your products on a regular basis, even if it is not raining. We recommend you use a special water-repellent spray for your patent leather products.

Should I have pads placed under my leather soles?

In order to increase the durability of your leather soles, we recommend you have pads placed under your soles shortly after your purchase. Not only will it help it last longer, but it will also prevent your soles from being slippery.


How do the Jazzettes fit?

The Classic and High Cut models have a slightly tight fit, the Sport models have a regular fit. We recommend you have a look at our Size Guide to know your exact size. If you still have doubts, feel free to drop us an email at

What should I do if I realize the size doesn't fit?

If the size you chose is not right, we propose a free return service for our French customers. Simply, send us an email at with the reference of the of your order and the new size you wish to get. We then send you an email explaining the few simple steps to follow.


How long does it take for me to receive my order?

If you chose our free service, Colissimo, you will be shipped within 4 days. It goes down to 1 day if you chose the express service Chronopost.

How can I track my order?

As soon as the product leaves our premises, you will receive a tracking number on the email address you provided us.


Do you offer free shipping?

We ship for free in France only. For international shipping, costs start at 10€ for Europe and 20€ for the rest of the world.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Once your product leaves our premises, it will take for 2 to 3 days if you're in France, 3 to 7 days if you're in Europe and 6 to 15 days for the rest of the world. If you haven't received your products yet, do not hesitate to send us an email

What is the return policy?

We accept returns under 15 days (from the day you received the product). Make sure the products have not been worn or altered. The return costs for refunds are at the expense of the customers (flat-rate cost of 10€ per product returned). However, we offer the first exchange for free to our customers in France.


Are there stores/resellers where I can buy your products?

No. We don't have any stores for the time being. And have no resellers either.

Do I necessarily have to create a customer account to place an order?

No, you don't have to, even if we recommend you to do so. This will enable you to de better track your orders history, to edit your addresses and to track your order online. You will also be noticed when we will issue new products and exceptional events.

Do you keep a record of my bank information?

Absolutely not. We never have access to such information. All your data is protected by the Braintree company and your information remains secure at all times.
